  1. let's see. It will not harm to add more. If they do not need any extra, the messager service will give them back to her

I would include the new letter of intent regardless, it is to re-assure them that you are still going with the process. It is part of the ongoing relationship. For the I-134, if your income is high, it is enough to just include your w2s, returns and employment letter, if not, include your bank statements and other assets. Yes, original siganture. I think DHL can get them to her in about 3 days.

no appointment is needed for the medical, just go there before 11:00am. yes, Buteau is $150 if you do not need vaccinations. Don't forget $240 for the visa fee to be paid at SogeBank and $20 for the messenger service.

If I were you, I would email or fax her the packet 3.5 and have her do her medical. While she is waiting for the medical result, I would DHL her the other forms. It may take about a week for her to get the medical result.

the new letter of intent is basically the same letter you sent to USCIS. just add a re... example if the original said affirm, new one re-affirm; assure, new one re-assure. That is what I did.

    all I can think of.

se la vi, tout sa nou fe se pou fanm

  2. best for you to contact the embassy, have them email you an electronic packet and you send it to her. that will save you time. otherwise, it may take mnths for her to receive the packet through the mail system. You know how it is down there.

after you guys complete the packet, you have to user a messenger service in haiti to deliver it to the embassy

  3. It is approved. I got the other email earlier today. That was the email i received on monday before the approval
