I wrote wrong birth year of my mom by mistake during applying for my naturalization and passport. Her birthyear varies from my documents. nowI want to apply for my parents as an immigrant. I am a US citizen.

what should I do now, i am worried about this situation because my parents are very old and they need my help.

I have my naturalization interview in couple of days, and i just realized that my international passport is expired last month. I cannot make it renew because it takes 10-15 days to get a renewed one.

please let me know if it makes effect during the naturalization interview?

I applied for Naturalization on 31st january 2012. I am also done with my biometrics. How long usually takes after this process.

Thanks for your reply. i do not want to use non imigrant visa to immigrate into usa for my parents. I just want to invite them to visit and then they will go back in a given time. After that I want to apply for legal immigration on I-130.

I just want to know that should i apply during their visit or after they go back to their native contry?

I live in USA and want to call my parents for visit visa.

My question is:

1- I want to know how long will it take to come in usa at visit visa?

2- Can I apply for them for immigration after visit visa?
