Hi, I am processing the Affidavit of Support for my GC. My husband is here with me in Bahrain and he has a job offer in the US. Would he be able to use the job offer to fulfill the affidavit of support? He is the petitioner. Thanks!

Dear, I honestly don't know. I have a few Philippiana friends.. Maybe it's becoz their husbands are navy? It took a long time.. some people waited almost a year~~ But my husband told me that US embassy encourage people to leave Bahrain at the moment so maybe they are changing the system to prioritize those who are here?

Hi I just received mail approval without a cutoff date from USCIS?! (at my husband's brother's address since they won't mail it overseas) I am already processing the affidavit of support now with NVC but is this normal to not have a cutoff date?

One more thing, my husband is here with me in Bahrain so he only had a job offer letter from US not employment. Can he use that as proof of income if he takes the job?
