Hello, i am 20 years old. I came to the U.S. illegally when i was 9 years old, i now have U visa through my dad, because he was a victim of a crime. Can i leave the country and re-enter legally? if so what's the process? Also i will be getting married soon to my girlfriend, she was born here, will i be able to qualify for adjustment of status through our marriage? since I entered the country illegally will i be able to adjust my status without leaving the country?
