What is an Attorney Brief? And how important is it in VAWA case?

It can be counted as evidence of marriage in good faith. VAWA - NO.

On what grounds are you filing VAWA against your wife?

For VAWA i have got:

-a temporally order of protection

-emergency room visit after incident

-shelter record (spent there a night)

-medical doctor visit (description of injuries)

-Safe Horizon counseling record

-psychiatrist records

-affidavit from a friend

I am currently applling for VAWA against my wife. We got married half a year ago.

And I wonder if is enough of evidences that I have to prove faith marriage. So I have got:

-marriage certificate

-lease with both our names on it and rent receipts

-two kinds of utility bills with both our names on it

-wedding pictures and wedding invitations

-pictures of us before and after marriage from 5 events

-her new passport showing she took my last name

-affidavit from a friend of ours

I married my wife in September 2011. Filed for I-485, I-130 and I-765 as i was illegal by that moment. I got my employment authorization card soon after. In 3 months after the marriage I became a victim of domestic violence and abuse by my wife. We were in a couple of fights when she physically and emotionally abused me. This month I got a temporary order of protection, a record from emergency room, a record from my medical doctor describing my injuries, a record from Safe Horizon domestic violence counseling, shelter record and a record from my psychiatrist. So I am filing for VAWA right now. My wife doesnt live with me anymore.

But I just got the letter from USCIS that the next month there is our interview for my Adjustment of Status. What do I do with the interview? Can I go to the interview with my attorney? Is it possible to "freeze" my pending I-485 (green card application) and transfer priority from pending I-130 to I-360(vawa) and will my EA be valid after I do all that? Or I have to apply for I-485 again I-765 again?
