  1. I have a question regarding to change conditional status to permanent status, I-751 form. My wife and I married in the Philippines and we have marriage license there. Do we need to have a US marriage license as well when applying for I-751? I thank you for your help. God bless all!!

  2. I just went to pick up my wife flying on CR-1 visa and our POE was Hawaii. It's very easy entry. Once you landed, you just asked for what line to line up on arrival visa and they will tell you where to line up. Questions asked were, when did you meet your fiance or spouse? If you are already married, then they asked you when did you get married, if not married yet, then they will ask you when you will get married. The rest is very easy. The consul will tell you what to expect from your visa and what you need to do next, etc... etc. and then finger prints of course. Good luck. God bless!!

  3. I just wanted to thank you everyone for all of your help. I am new to this website and have not had time to post much. My wife just finished her interview and her visa was approved. My question is, my wife said that they never asked her to pay for the 2GO delivery, will her visa delivery be fast or slow? Thanks in advance for all of your help. God bless!

  4. I have a question about interviewing at the US Embassy in Manila. My wife is scheduled for an interview next week but she is only age 20. I was wondering, does she need her parents to be with her for the interview? Thank you for all of your help in advance. God bless all!!

  5. My wife has never flown to the United States before and she will be flying solo because of my work that I cannot go to the Philippines to fly with her. I was wondering, can someone share your experience with me about your flying experience and your port of entry(POE) to the USA? Does she have to check through a different entry when she arrives in the USA? Her destination is flying from Manila to Minneapolis, MN. Thanks in advance for all of your help. God bless!!!!
