      I recieve a text on 10/09 saying that my case was updated and It was my approval!! thank God! Now I have a question after the approval what comes next? another que question after all this payments I will make here in the US, and the clinic in DR do I have to pay more things in the DR? and if yes what? thank you!

      theres an extra payment in DR, i think its 340, you pay 140 at a bank as taxes you take that "recibo" and the day of the interview you pay 240 in cash at a window before they call your number for interview. :)

    Called back again yesterday, and they told me they were still processing claimes filed on march 19, 2012 , but they processed a erequest to see whats the true hold up. They are Super slow in the Vermont center.

    i called uscis on the 23, and they told me they were processing cases with noa1 date of March 19, 2012.

    called the uscis today, Vermont service center is processing I-130 for march 19, 2012.

      i dont trust them, here on the timelines you see so many people approved about a month ago with noa1 date after me and got approved, so its hard for me to believe them when they say stuff. i think it just depends whos desk your case lands on, if there efficient it'll be approved quickly but if your unlucky and a lazy person gets your case its bad luck. so hopefully youll get approved quickly, good luck to you also.
