how much time do you think it will take to receive the green card in hand

EAD is mailed how much time does it take to be deliverd?

yes. I had my interview 23/10/2012 and they called me back 12 days later yes they said it might take 90 day. i think you should call DOS and they will give you more information about your case

it took 12 days for them to call me back itis normal did they give them 221 form saying that they had administrative review? if so that happen to most of people applying from MENA country which means a name check it might not take long but sometimes it does

Upon arriving to the States on an International Flight with a connecting flight is my Fiance required or instructed to follow through to immigration with his unopened Packet-4 , or is he able to stay inside the airport and follow through to his next terminal/gate(connecting flight)and then surrender the Packet-4 at his final destination?

Example: The Airlines/Flights leaving Mauritania only arrive at JFK (NY)or IAD (WA. D.C. Dulles) and his final destination is Raleigh. Will the Packet-4 be opened in JFK/ IAD or is it remained sealed until Raleigh, N.C.? I'm trying to get a better idea of the process and procedure. Thanks

MY FIANCE AND I RECENTLY GOT APPROVED FOR OUR K-1 FIANCE VISA SEPTEMBER 25,2012. THE CONSULATE HAS RECEIVED OUR PETITION AND EMAILED HIM PACKET-3. I, IN THE LAST 2 WEEKS I HAVE MOVED TO ANOTHER STATE AND ESTABLISHED RESIDENCY AFTER GETTING A DRIVERS LICENSE IN THIS STATE ALONG WITH REGISTERING MY VEHICLE AND PLATES. THE AR-11 IS A CHANGE OF ADDRESS FOR THE ALIEN FIANCE ONCE HE HAS ARRIVED IN THE STATES,NOT THE PETITIONER??? MY QUESTION IS: WHAT EXACTLY DO I NEED TO DO , OR WHO DO I CONTACT TO INFORM THEM OF MY MOVE? ALSO, I AM AFRAID OF DOING ANYTHING UNTIL AFTER THE INTERVIEW AND HIS VISA IS IN HAND.THE QUESTIONS INCLUDED IN PACKET-3 ARE WHERE DO YOU INTEND TO STAY IN AMERICA( THIS INFO HAS CHANGED)AND I DO NOT WANT IT TO APPEAR SUSPICIOUS THAT IN FACT HIS ARRIVAL INTO THE STATES HAS CHANGED PER MY LOCATION. I AM STRUGGLING WITH THIS BECAUSE I DO NOT WANT TO MANIPULATE THE SYSTEM. BEING THAT MY LOCATION HAS CHANGED, THE NEAREST IMMIGRATION OFFICE FOR HIS ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS SHOULD ALSO CHANGE. I WANT TO AVOID THE FINANCIAL BURDEN OF HAVING TO TRAVEL BACK AND FORTH FROM STATE TO STATE, AND ALSO THE FACT THAT I WANT ALL OF OUR INFORMATION TO BE CLEAR AND TRUTHFUL. Wow, the date on your timeline is ridiculous. As far as I'm aware Vermont has approved half?? or more of the february petitions and Ive noticed a few march's here and there. Have you tried contacting your senator or congressman? I'm really not sure if it will do ANY good at this point... they are going at the pace they choose, but its good you drew attention to your petition. I don't see why you shouldn't have an approval in the next 2 weeks. So tremendously sad about your wait. Let me know how it goes!!!

hey evry body ? yesterday my we called the uscis and they put us in a service request. and asked us to call after 15 days if we did not hear anything and gave us a conermation number . what do you think about that you guys???? will it help with any thing?????????

I'm still waiting too. I hit 200 on Friday. God I hope we both get it next week. I'm dying over here!!!

You should be approved shortly. Many with NOA1 in February are still waiting. But you are overdue. Anyday now.
