    It depends. Ours took 172 days, some took 6 months plus. Yes your husband can come here in the Philippines. My hubby was here while we were waiting the NOA2. As long as somebody there who will check his mailbox.

    Thank you for your reply meandmyangels ^_^......Another question iam pregnant due to deliver this coming june can i include the baby in the petition? which is more easier report of CRBA or CR2/IR2?.....Thanks again........
