MY case was completed on Jan 2011,now its passed 1 year and three months,(due to visa regression)would I have to get my AOS and Police Records redone.
My priority date is 4th May 2002 and from checking with the visa bulletin it seems like visa for my category would be available maybe in July as i'm F3 category,what i want to know is what forms ,documents I would have to redo and if so can i start processing them as of NOW. The fees i guess would not have to be repaid. Would appreciate any help .............thanks
