  1. When you called them, did you verify that they have your correct address in their system? In my case, they sent my greencard to a wrong address and it took me almost three months to sort their mistake out :angry:

    Hence, if you do not receive anything on time, always double-check with them your mailing address.

  2. My wife and I sent in the N400 application on 3/3/2012. Received follow up paperwork that everything was received a few days later. We checked case status that the Biometrics appointment letter was mailed on 3/21/12. Well, no letter. We called USCIS customer service on 4/4/12 and spoke to a representative who submitted an alert to the processing center. We went through a similar problem with the Biometrics appointment when we did the removal of conditions for permanent residence and once the alert was done we received the letter with 2 days. As of this post still no letter in the mail. We set up an Infopass for late next week. Any other suggestions or has anyone experienced something similar?
