No brother, however i did a e-request online, i also sent an email to vermont, and i filled a complain with the ombudsman regarding this situation, and have not hear anything from none of them... what about you, anything new?

Well now it went through because i placed a earlier filling date in order that the system let my request go through, hopefully they dont get mad because that.
