My hubby was so big on the gym when he lived in Nigeria...but when I mention joining one here, he acts as if he is opposed to me working out? Can anyone tell me why?

My Husband is the opposite. He has been after me to get to the gym. Its easier said than done now that I am expecting
He even asked my doctor if it was okay for me to go to the gym. But like 'Fight for Love' mentioned he may be worried that guys will start going after you or hitting on you or whatever the case may be. I Hope you are able to join when the time is right. Good luck dear Dana

Well it's been a very busy month but Divine has got a job and is doing well! He's been here one month now. God is Great!...my husband is still only eating African food, he still will not give American food much of a thought. LOL

Yes he's been working since November
He is working at Ashley Furniture. The drive is FAR though. A little over an hour away from home. So he worked hard to get his license cause I was having to drive half way so he could meet up with a ride. So thankful I am not doing all the driving anymore LOL. Has your husband gone for his permit yet? I know how you feel about losing the weight, I also wish it was the same for me, haha

Well it's been a very busy month but Divine has got a job and is doing well! He's been here one month now. God is Great!...my husband is still only eating African food, he still will not give American food much of a thought. LOL

Has he given American food much of a thought yet? My Husband has basically only eaten American food since he got here. We still have some food he brought with, he eats it occasionally. He's not gained any weight either, and has actually lost weight LOL. Congrats on him finding a Job! That's great news

Haven't been around for awhile, but very busy since my Husband has came home. In the short amount of time he's been here, it actually feels like hes been here for about 6 months, LOL. Everything is going well. I have uploaded some pictures as well

Trying to slow down LOL, but been fairly busy with Life
My Husband just got his license on 1/24. Big accomplishment there. Now we have to buy another car HAHAHA! Everything is going GREAT! Now we are just praying that God will help us start a little family and hoping that 2013 will be bringing us great joy to our every day lives.

Missing my VJ friends, but mehn, I'm exhausted! LOL........Looking for a prepaid phone, or some cheap way for my husband to call home to Nigeria on a daily basis. Any ideas???......And, laughing...cause tonight, it's going to get SUPER COLD and I know my husband will be sleeping in his coat AGAIN! This is our first cold snap, below freezing...can't wait to see his reaction!
