One other question. Can I sent the AOS to NVC right away or do I have to wait until the payment is processed and shows 'PAID?'
When you see the AOS fee status shows "PAID", you can now send the AOS package to NVC.

Took a month for us, but we did nothing. no call.
Hi,
May I know how NVC sent you the case number coz you said you did not call NVC? Is it through email or postal mail? Tnx.
-
Hi,
Have u got ur case number from NVC already? Tnx.

Sorry to read that. I suggest you marry your fiance and file the CR1 visa. It will take a long while than fiance visa but all worth it the waiting. Good Luck.

Sorry to read your story. He is really young for a marriage commitment. But to some whose on the same situation as you, it works for them. I believe if love and respect is not in a relationship, it will not really work. If you are the only one who is making the effort to save your marriage, I guess this will not work. It is always takes two to any relationship especially on marriage. Give and take is the key to have a successful marriage. Talk to him and settle this issue once and for all. You can't get through with this until you both willing to settle. I guess its time to give love and respect to yourself. Hope this help and enlighten you. Good Luck!

About drinking milk prior to chest x-ray, the answer is NO..it doesn't help at all...Medically speaking, bacteria cause by TB cannot be altered via the presence of Milk..Spots or scar will be very visible if you really are Positive with this type of infectious disease...
I suggest have your chest x-ray as early as now for you to clarify and verify things...It's a stress free procedure and not expensive one...(*.^)
Thanks again for your helpful info. By the way, does chest x-ray radiation is not harmful to our health if I will have it now?

Thank you for sharing your experience. This will really help us a lot. May I know what you could recommend a good vitamin C? Does drinking milk before having x-ray will help too? Thanks.

Hi,
I just wanted to know what your wait time was from when you got approval and sent package off to NVC, NVC to Embassy, and interview. I am starting to get nervous because our 5 months waiting is almost up for the California center and so hoping will get NOA2 soon insha'Allah.
If you don't mind sharing your waiting period I just need some time frame. I am missing Mohammad so much this past week I am ready jump on first plane back to Amman. haha
Hugs,
Tamz
Hi there, based on your timeline your I-130 will be adjudicated starting on 1st week of June. Mine get approved after 156 days. I know soon yours will be approved too. Don't stress yourself too much. In time, you will be with him again. Me and my husband has been far away for 8months now.

My opinion, what I did was sent an email to them with my WAC number asking if it was received... It took two days and they answered me yes, then I called to check.
It was not easy to keep calling, cos its expensive and I need to be luck to wait less than 3 min online.... So try the email, it was useful for me
good luck!
Hi, May I ask what template did you use when u email NVC? Thanks.
-
Congratulations! Do we really need to call the NVC for case number and IIN or are we going to receive mail from them? Thanks.
-
Congrats! You got it after a month. Does NVC will send DS 3032 via mail to your wife? I hope mine soon too. Thanks.

Thank you so much for those helpful answers. God Bless...

Hi everyone, I would like to ask if how many pages of chat history is needed for the interview? I know its too many to print all the chat history back from 2010 up to present.
Your response will be such a good help for me and to others. Thank you.

Thank you for the reply.

May I know how many days until NVC will receive the approved I-130 petition from USCIS? Do I need to call NVC and ask if they receive the approved petition from USCIS?
Response will be appreciated. Thank you! God Bless...
-
Based on their processing time, it took 5 months but depends on their workload and case to case basis. I got my NOA2 after 156 days. You can check USCIS website to monitor the status of your case (that's what I'm doing everyday). Be more patient. In time, it will be approved. God Bless...

Thank you very much!

I would like to ask how recent the chats and emails I should present for the interview?
Thanks for the help!
-
Congratulations! Hope mine will be coming soon!

You are not the only one who is in that situation. We are all far away from our partner. But instead of thinking too much of our distance, let's do something productive so we don't feel the loneliness. Because at the end of the day, we will be with our loved ones in time. I hope u feel better soon. Good Luck to all of us!

Hi Kody,
You can get the Legal Capacity to Marry at US Embassy here for few minutes. In order for you to marry your fiance, u need to get marriage license and the waiting period is 10 days. Can you not extend your stay here so you could comply on that? If not, I suggest your fiance must seek from a lawyer's advice. e
Hope it helps you. Good Luck!
