    I am sorry I did not see your question until today. Advanced processing. All men from Iran go through this. They told him 4 to 6 weeks. Good news is he does not have a common name. That makes it easier. But he has done a little traveling.The will look into all of that. He will then have to fly back to Turkey give them his passport and then wait several days for the visa to be issued.
