One more thing, Hy Vong, as of 2012, about 37 years the war has ended, where is Vietnam's economical status, and for God's sake, just compare within the Southeast Asia region. It'd be a waste of time to compare with the rest of the world.
What's the excuse from the current Vietcong regime? Shouldn't 37 years long enough for them to "fix" their economy? When 1 USD equals roughly 22,000 (twenty two thousand) VN dongs, that tells you something about their economy.........

I think you left out some important parts of that equation "The cheap money those people get paid in return for their service". You get what you paid for.
Lots of folks come back to VN for dental services and when they come back to the States, they eventually realize the "real" products that they've got. The service is cheap for a reason. Hopefully the potential consumers should have figured that one out on their own.
