Helloooo my VJ people!!! It been a while... I miss it all! Just giving yous an update my husband received his 10 yr GC THANK GOD!! So we are so over with USCIS!! Now we shall work on citizenship but that won't be until about next year I need a break! Jajajajajaja I hope all is well with all of yous and Your process!

Well, its been more than a year since my husband been home and we have moved. Also we have our first child together on the way. Praise God. All is well and I am still here to answer questions regarding my timeline and things to prepare for. Continue to pray and let God lead you in all things. Be Blessed

You will be fine!! Did hubby get his medicals done already? have you packed your "evidence bag"? I took this time to fix and organized my apt, and buy new things, for when his arrival came to place... But I save something to do for when I had to wait for him to get her LOL... it was more depressing.. jajaja...

Awww.... Yea por ahora lo del ssn# puede espera, eso lo manda rapido, lo importante es que ya tiene la green card, and he is here, the ss will come in as little as 2 wks or less, so as soon as the government decide to open you go. To make it easier print the application online and take it filled. That what I did with my husband and we was out of the ssa office in less then 5 mins.

Recieved a text and email Uscis recieved the aos packet. Now to wait !!

I-751 submitted and biometrics done. Now we wait. It would be nice to get through this with no RFE, but I'm not counting on that since so many people are submitting what seems like such good evidence and still getting RFEs.

2 Quick question for all of you with the I-130 exp: At what point when filing the I-130 do you submit the I-693, I-765 & I-131? Do you submit the I-130 with the I-485,I-864?

You will just need to fill out the I-130, after submit the supporting document as you did with the I-129F, citizenship, etc... once the petition is approve you will have to submitted AOS (affidavit of support, and DS230 and pay the visa fee $80.00 for the aos, 230 for IV), that is it as far as submitting for goes, make sure to send a copy of marriage cert. I believe the forms you mention are for those who are already in the states and married and are adjusting there status.

Now our status says "issued" it won't be long now...So excited! What better wedding song for us than "At Last"...Can't wait to say "I do" Vegas here we come!!!
