Finally got my visa yesterday, exactly 3 weeks from the date of the interview. It was really risky to book a flight before receiving the visa, which we did.

hi..congratulations...Did they tell you when to expect you to get the passport with visa? The person who made the last instructions, just told me that were approved and just told me to wait for the passport to be mailed to our home. He did not give a date, not even an estimate...

Congrats. Now like me its sit and wait again. haha Ive called NVC 2 times since my approval on the 23rd of April as of Friday the 4th they still say they don't have my stuff or have it in their comp. Hoping its done this week so we can pay for interview and wait again for embassy to get info and then make appt. I love all this waiting . But at least things are moving along...

The more often you watch the timeline very closely, the more impatient you could be. It would be better to pretend not to expect a prompt approval(which is very diificult to do), so that you will not be upset...

There are lot of similar cases that was being processed in vermont, with dates closed to us. I hav seen about 20 cases with exactly the same NOA 1 date...most of them are not subscribed in this website.

hi anika&hunk. were just 2 days ahead of you. I have been watching the timelines very closely for almost a month now. We were expecting that we can get our approval before the end of april, based on similar timelines that was approved ahead of us. I hope we will soon got approved soon.
