I have a quick question... My husband had his interview on 08/28 and he was given a blue sheet (AP g 221) and was asked to check the embassy's website routinely for more info. He is from Iran and was interviewed in Abu Dhabi. We are married and have a new born baby. Does any of you know approximately how long will it take for him to get a visa. My son was born premature and he might need a open heart surgery and I can't imagine going through it by myself. Any help suggestions would be grate! THANK YOU

I'm so happy I was pregnant with our first baby and 3 weeks ago at 27 weeks I ended up having my baby, who is at NICU... Anyways I contacted USCIS to expedite my husbands case and I faxed them doctor notes of my own condition and also my sons. Than I just went on the website and I believe he got approved. Everything happens for a reason... God is good

Just a quick question...I been browsing and I noticed that the K1 applicant got approved faster than K3 applicants... why is that? Does not make sense to me... Shouldn't you be approved faster if you are already legally married??? I'm pregnant and I'm due in July... I'm so scared that my husband won't be here for the birth of our son... what can I do???

I was wondering When you guys think I will approximately receive my NOA2.

I 130 NOA 1 was Received on Dec12/2011

I 129F NOA 1 was received on Jan03/2012

Hi everyone, I married my Husband in Iran on 08/2011 and Before I was coming back to states I found out I was pregnant. I filled for my husband Beginning of December and Received the hard copy of I-130 on December 12th/2011 and The hard copy of I-129F on December 29th/2011... My due date is July 13th/2012. Since I'm having a high risk pregnancy I was wondering would it matter if I let Immigration know, to process his file faster, or they don't care... I just really want him here when I'm giving birth... please help!!!
