Good day. Badly need your help and knowledge. Im on the process of sending my Affidavit of Support (AOS), and I have one concern about the TRANSCRIPT OF FEDERAL TAX RETURN, I just filed my taxes on March 23, 2013 and I went to IRS this noon time in baltimore and it takes 3 weeks for the information to be entEred into the system before I can get a copy of the transcript. I have a copy of the 2012 W-2's and 1040, and the tax papers done by the accountant for year 2012. Should I wait for the IRS transcript of federal tax return or I can send the copy of tax return from the accountant together with OTHER needed documents.?

I spoke with the operator when i called NVC and told her about my case, and she said I can send the copy of tax papers done by accountant if I just filed my taxes recently. Not sure if any of you have the same situation as mine.

I haVE THE COPIES OF TRASCRIPT OF FEDRAL TAX RETURNS FROM 2009-2011 ALREADY.

I dont want to wait 3 weeks before I can send the AOS package, but if I have no choice IF I have to wait that long. Need your info about your experience. My wife is based in the Philippines and we are hoping to get her by summer time hopefully, because she might be 4-5 months pregnant by that time.

any words will be greatly appreciated.

Do I need to call NVC now of just wait? We got the approval feb. 5, 2013.its almost 2 weeks since we hot the approval. Thanks again.

Received NOA2 feb 5,2013. and I read in the notice: " you should allow a minimum of 30 days for dept. of state processing before contacting the NVC".

Any experience about this stage of processing? Any papers to prepare? Thanks a lot.

1-130 filed oct. 5 ,2012 and i received hard copy of 1-797 Notice of Action, and the petition has been approved.Would like to know what is the next preparation I need to do. I'll be away for a month and will be out of US for that period of time. Any advices? Thanks a lot.

I received 1-797C Notice of action first week of october 2012, i tried checking our status and it says cant be checked..MY receipt number starts with MSC, any idea why? thanks a lot.

I checked status online at usics.gov and i got this reply: I double check the receipt number still same reply below. please help!!!!

Lockbox received it on Friday. Offices are closed today which means it will get processed by Thursday the latest. You should get a text and or email the earliest, Wednesday.

would like to ask your experience re: how long does it take to hear that they already received the 1-130 Application, I tracked USPS and it arrived in Chicago 10/5/12. Didnt hear anything yet. I included G-125 form too to remind me if they got it already. thanks.

Additional question: G325A form still. under my form as petitioner, at the bottom there's a part saying Alien registration number, Im a US citizen does it pertain to the USCIS Registration number? thanks a lot...

MY wife and I got married in the US this August 2012 ( civil wedding). My wife has multiple entry tourist visa. She went back to Philippines because of work. We are getting married in the church there Feb. 2013.Im prefering spouse visa so she comes here with greencard already.Any help will be appreciated.Thanks!!!
