    OK further update. Sent a follow up to USCIS on April 5th. Today they replied and have sent my husband a request for further evidence. Any thoughts on how this will delay the original petition or what this actually could mean for the petition? It took them nine months for them to ask for this.

    Update. I said earlier that we were going to contact USCIS today. We did. Could not get past the Tier One person who gave us an email address. We have written as we had previously sent a Service Request in January. We sit and wait. Oh for those who dont know we are July '11 filers.
