Hello everyone!!! After being put to administrative review, they finally approved my visa! Thanks for all who helped me and most especially for the prayers!!! My fiance got a call from his congressman and they confirmed to us that it is approved but Im still waiting for a call from the USEM.. I tried calling them 'round after lunch but no ones answering the call.. Dunno if sumthing's wrong with their phone but I'L try to call again later to follow-up.. ...

Called the USEM and they said my case is already on "Final Processing".. Our case is our of the Fraud Prevention Unit and its in the consul already.. Praying that the consul will APPROVE it.. (fingers crossed!)

Does the military expedite apply if you're just in the military or does there need to be a reason (deployment, PCS, TDY)?
