    Just got an email back from VSC confirming they upgraded my petition to IR1

      I opened a service request with USCIS a few days ago, I had emailed them the petition and replied with a generic email saying that status changes should originate at the main number. So when I called they created a service request, then i got this email.

    Really noticing how many people on the forum don't understand the significance of the timeline application. It is an awsome tool, but it needs all VJ members to maintain it. I'm just wishing everyone does their part. I guess it doesn't help that I am frustrated with VSC processing times.

      Yea, it really does suck. Usually I see new members create an ID just to ask about NVC and the process. These are the people that would most help our timeline since they are recent approvals most of the time. I think a rework of the member subscription, something that would ask you to create a timeline (even if anonymous) with your account would help.
