I entered the United States as a visitor (I'm Canadian). At the airport I was not issued an I-94 and I do not currently have a visa. Essentially I've been here for 5 months visiting my wife who is a native of Arizona. We are looking to file the I-130 and I-485 simultaneously. If we are both full-time students not earning income what information will they need and will this present a problem? Also if I was not issued an I-94 (only given a stamp in my passport) what should be written on the application?
If this information is not given, will the application not be accepted and our fees forfeited? We are trying to do this on our own.
