Hi guys..question..can my wife travel out of the states while waiting for the removal of residency?..as of right now her status is still processing...its says on her I-751 reciept that it is extended for 1year for work and travel..would this be good enough proof if she was to return back to the states?..has anyone used this as proof of return?..please let me know..thanks!

hi guys i must of posted this somewhere..but ill post it again...after receiving the visa it said that we have to pay the 165$ for the Green Card before leaving in which i did right away...my question is can we leave once its submitted?..the Status reads "Submitted and files approved"..but it doesnt say payment received?..is this ok?

hi guys im on the same boat and about to leave..quick question..now the U.S Embassy wanted us to make a payment for the green card before leaving, which i already did once we received the visa..its on the USCIS site...we printed the form (reciept) but it only says submitted and file approved..can we still leave the country?

i sent in the AOS with complete signatures from my sponsor which is my mothers..all original..did i miss something?

Yes you can send in the IV package even though they have not yet reviewed the AOS package. And they always say it takes 20 business days from when they receive the package to review it, but really you need to call everyday and ask if they have reviewed it yet.

hi again..ok so we got our invoice on the IV packet..which i just paid..now the anxious person i am, already have the IV packet ready to be sent in..besides what is posted for the requirements is there any extra additional documents to prepare to be one the safe side?...they received our AOS just yesterday how would i know if all the paper work is ok?..

Hi guys im nearly done with the I864a wherein my mother is the first joint sponsor..but my question is, i would like to add my father as a second joint sponsor, would i have to fill out another I864A just for him? im sending this out today id appreciate any help..thanks!! oh one more thing does my mother need to add a letter from her work or is this optional? we already have all 3recent tax returns plus my income pay stubs ect..

NVC doesn't send you forms. They just send you links on where to get the forms. hi guys..question: now that we already paid for the AOS and still waiting for a reply on the DS3032 which we emailed..i have somewhat already prepared my I864 and I864a..will they be sending out a newer I864 form or can i just use the one that i have already prepared?

anyone know how long it takes for NVC to issue me a case number?..noa2 was approved march 7th...still waiting..i called last week and they said it takes about 15days..now it seems harder to get through..
