It was love at second sight :) We met at an academic conference over a year ago, but it wasn't until we saw each other at a conference last fall that things clicked. Looking back at our email, it was all building for several months. I proposed in March and he accepted, and we were married in Niagara Falls in July!
No, no news, but it looks like they're jumping around a lot within the July applications, so it really could be any day now. Pulling together what we'll need for NVC and keeping our fingers crossed!
