    After sending me an email where i was supposed to send evidence or information about my case. I only got a letter with the same day for my fingerprints . I called 3 times at USCIS , the first lady told me that it could be for my fingerprints and the next two ladies and one officer told me that The NBC had sent a letter for evidence and it was no related with my fingerprints and they were going to send a letter to te NBC for re send this letter so i missed papers like my taxes and my husband's birth certificate and my child's birth certificate so i made copies of it and guess what? i got an email today it says

    Hi!! I did in July on 13th. I called USCIS and they sent me a letter telling me that they had forwarded that information to NBC the way they send the letter for evidence. As i told you the only letter that i got was on the August 5th for my fingerprints and the most curious thing is that i did miss to send documents as my taxes, join accounts and etc. I hope that it has processed yet and forward to my local office.

    ASKING FOR EVIDENCE

    Hello! I called USCIS last morning and i was transfered to an officer so he told me that my case was in National Benefit Center no in my inmigration office and it might take 30 days to get the letter that i never got , but if they told me that i have until 18th September to send the papers out so if the letter takes more than 30 days or 30 days how i can send all the papers out on time.

    I am very upsted because this is the first time that it happens to me i am so carefull with my inmigration or comunications staff. Anyway I already have my package with all the things that now i can see that i didn't send out the way i won't waste time in gathering them.

    HELLO ...I SENT MY PAPERS OUT ON JULY 13TH . I GOT A NOTICE ASKING ME TO TAKE MY FINGERPRINTS DATED 5TH OF AUGUST. HOWEVER ON 13TH AUGUST I GOT AN EMAIL FROM USCIS TELLING ME THAT ON THE 4TH OF AUGUST THEY HAD SENT A LETTER FOR EVIDENCE OR ADITIONAL INFORMATION. I CALLED INMIGRATION AND ONE OF THE OPERATOR TOLD ME THAT IT COULD BE THE LETTER FOR FINGERPRINTS BUT I SAID I DIDN'T THINK THAT IT WAS THE SAME LETTER. ANYWAY I CALLED THEM AGAIN TWO DAYS AGO AND ANOTHER OPERATOR TOLD ME THAT LETTER IS ABOUT AN ADITIONAL INFORMATION IT WAS NO RELATED WITH MY FINGERPRINTS WITH THE SAME DATE OF NOTICE.

    I NEVER GOT THAT LETTER FOR ADITIONAL INFORMATION SO THEY GAVE ME A REFERENCE NUMBER FOR MY THIS REQUEST AND SENT IT OUT TO THE OFFICER FROM MY CITY . I NEVER CHECKED THAT THERE WAS A CHECK LIST FOR N400 I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE FORM AND I REALESED AFTER READING IT I MISSED COPY OF MY TAX RETURNS, MY HUSBAND'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND OUR MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE.

    I HOPE THEY SEND THIS LETTER AGAIN OTHERWISE MY CASE WILL BE SUSPENDED IF I DON'T SEND IT OUT THEY GAVE ME UNTIL SEPT 18 TO SEND IT OUT. I ASKED HER IF I COULD MAKE AN APPOITMENT IN MY INMIGRATION OFFICE AND BRING MY PAPERS IN PERSON AND THEY ASKED ME TO SEND IT BY MAIL.

    Probably the best bet would be for you to go and visit her.

    Your Mother could wait a while and try again, but from what you have said she has little in the way of ties to Peru, and you are her support and are in the US.

    ACTUALLY, I WENT TO MY COUNTRY LAST MONTH WITH MY BABY AND EVERY YEAR I GO TO THERE FOR MY MOM'S BIRTHDAY...BUT MY MOM GOTS SO EXCITED TO GET HER VISA WHEN SHE MET HER FIRST GRANDSON, THIS IS WHY SHE APPLIED FOR HER VISA THIS TIME. BUT I SAW HOW ALONE SHE FELT THIS TIME WITHOUT MY DAD ANYWAY, WE WILL SEE WHAT HAPPEN.

    Hello !! I don't know if somebody has gone through with this situation, but I feel so frustrated because I am no a citizen yet, but my husban is. I had my baby in february and I invited My mom and My dad, however My dad passed away on 10th february so My mom didn't want to apply for the visa after that and before either because she took care of him. My Mom applied for her tourist visa finally but she got denied , I sent an invitation letter with my name and my husband with our phone numbers. She is no retired she took the court to the Institution which doesn't want to give her retirement to her...anyway I support my mom and what the Consul said.....She doesn't have money because she depends of me, however she owns her house , she doesnt' have granchildren in Peru and i have only one brother in there, but she needs ties.....she has her mother in there, sister, nieces, nephews so My mother in law wants to sponsor her with my father in law, i don't know if i could change....i am concerned because my mom is widowed , she has only one son and i don't know if you could suggest me something else and then she can take the papers from the Court so she needs to be in my country as well....Ideas pleaseeeee!

    THAT IS RIGHT, SHE DOESNT' WORK SHE IS 67 YEARS OLD, SHE TOOK HER TITLE FROM THE HOUSE , SHE DOESN'T GET PAID BY THE GOVERMENT FOR HER RETIREMENT BECAUSE SHE TOOK THEM TO THE COURT TO FIGHT FOR HER CASE , BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT KIND OF THINGS SHE COULD PROOF AND SHOW THEM THAT SHE WILL COME BACK...HOW I PRETEND TO BRING MY MOM HERE AND SCREW UP MY STATUS IN THIS COUNTRY, FOLLOW THE RULES, PAYING ALL THE FORMS AND EVERYTHING IF SOMETHING HAPPENED TO HER MOM OR MY BROTHER I WOULDN'T KEEP MY MOM HERE FOR ANY REASON THAT IS NO HER FAULT THAT MY BROTHER IS STUDYING AND HE DOESNT' WANT TO HAVE CHILDREN YET AND THAT HER FIRST GRANDSON WAS BORN IN THE USA...     Hello Guys!! Thank you for their congratulations. I am not clear about the Green Card, I have read , it says that i would have to file out 90 days before my second anyversary for my Permanent Residence? or do i have to apply for the permanent residence 90 days before 2 years Green Card? because the green card is for 2 years by then , i will have more than 3 years of marriage.

    Hello Guys!! I Hope you are fine. Let me tell all of you my experience in SLC Inmigration Office. We arrived at the inmigration office 30 minutes and our interview started 10 minutes before. The Guy asked us to speak to him very loudly, because he didn't hear well , the first thing that i was asked was bank accounts in common so i didn't have any of these, my husband told him that we had invesments with our names, he didn't ask for that and then he asked me for any document of inmigration, i showed him, my EAD, my social security card he said no!! show me your credit cards, debit cards ,he asked my husband when i was born , and the guy asked me when we got married and he also asked me if i had any blockbuster card jajaja, when i opened my wallet he asked me to show him everything, and he asked my husband for his papers, he lefth his passport in the desk, but he said.. i know you were born here, but i need any document where it says that you live here such as your driving license, my husband didn't have it, he had copy of this, he said ....i am going to do this easy for you , he was so nice , he took his time to do everything on the computer , he asked me how my maiden name was pronounced....finally he said...are you going to move in these 10 or 14 days? my husband said not yet........so your GC is going to arrive between 10 to 14 days if it is not arrive by that time , you can come and get information for that.

    He never checked any paper, he never asked for my wedding pictures when i asked him if he wanted to look at them...maybe this is because i did it already in my country, because this is a K3 visa.

    Hello Guys!! My interview will be this weekend, but i am not sure if i have to filll out my affidavit of support again, because in my inmigration letter says, not unless submitted and i submitted it in my Adjustment Status. I don't know if i also have to take my wedding pictures, because it was not in the USA it was in my country.

    Hello!!! Today everything last night, he talked to me last night, he was sorry, i know he loves me a lot and he was so mad at , but i know that couples have problems and we have to work on some things. I hope everything goes well. He has been calling me all day and asked me about our interview and take the day off .

    Hi everyone!!! Firt of all, I have changed my nickname and country, because i don't want to dissapoint at all people who one day i helped and cheered up. Since I moved to my husband's country have happened many things to me.

    I got pregnant and had a miscarriage, and then my health didn't go well and i felt that he didn't support me, i realesed that there was something wrong with him , his mom say that it wa because of two car accidents that he had had, finally i made an appoitment for him and the psiciatric told us that he had adhd, his son has it, but he thought that it was transmitted by his biological mom, my husband has behavior problems, this is a very long story so I asked him to divorce, but in these days my interview is going to be and he asked me to divorce last night. I don't know what to do, stay here, go to my country and i am not working right now, because i am going to have my road test in two weeks.

    I hope somebody can hear me and help me!! I know that this is not nice to hear these kind of things, when most of people wish they could be with their couples, but i was part of it too and know that i made good friends here too.

    Hi Guyssssssssssss!! I was checking my status on line, but it didn't change since on the 25 of May. Today I went to check my mail box and found an Inmigration letter. My interview will be on the 09 of Augusttttttt!! I went to the Inmigration Office last week and The Official told me that This process would take about 7 months and well, I checked the processing time in the Inmigration Office where I live and they are processing cases with date 27 of September.....anyway, I needed to travel to my country, because my mom's birthday is on the 10 of September and she will turn 65 years old so he asked me to fill out the form and pay $ 170, My husband said to me that I did it, but I felt that I didn't need to do it I said to myself...wait ......and Today I found my letter , I am so happy and grateful to GOD!!!

    K3 need fingerprints for EAD?

    Hello,

    I am in the US on a K3 visa and I just applied for my EAD 4 days ago. My lawyer gave me a list of everything I need to put in the package and I sent it off. Well, he never told me to put in a money order for $70 for the fingerprinting because he told me I had them taken at my K3 interview.

    I was wondering if this is true or are they going to send my application back and I have to add the money order then send it again?

    Also, has anyone ever had their application sent back? How long did it take?

    Hello!! I also applied for my EAD before than my AOS. I didn't pay for my fingerprinters either, I did pay for my AOS.

    Yes, You can reschedule if you read your notice of action there is an option where they let you reschedule for a new appointment i think any wednesday or saturday available.

    By the way, My situation is the same than yours, I sent my papers out two weeks ago and yesterday i received my appointment for this wednesday so fastttttttttt!!!

I would like to share with all you about my case....I sent my AOS on the 19 of April and received my first notice on Action on the 1 of May and today i got my appointment for this wednesday.....they say that this case takes between 120 to 180 days....but when i got my EAD, they said..that this kind of case takes about between 30 to 90 days, but I got it in 45 days.
