    UPDATE 4/24/2012:

    I wasn't off to a good start. I dated my payment check with 2011 out of habit and they of course kicked back my application. But, they included a green cover letter to attach to my application for "special attention". NOA1 yesterday, now it's off to the Vermont Service Center.
