You are confusing the CR/IR1 process with the K-1. The OP is not saying they submitted their police clearance with the initial petition and is not expected to bring already submitted police certs to the interview. They submitted the required docs (including police cert and I-864) at the correct time to NVC after the approval of their petition from their service center.
OP has followed the process correctly and their police cert will be forwarded with the rest of their case to the embassy as per usual with a CR/IR1. No need to get a new one.
