I am seeing people who have filed their I-129f at other filing centers (other than the Dallas Dropbox which is listed). Is it possible to send it to one of the other places? Such as the California Center which lists 5 months processing time (instead of the 16 months that Texas lists). I don't want to send it to the wrong place, but I also don't want to wait 16 months. Ideas?

Thank you that makes more sense that they transfer it to another place after they receive it. Somehow I missed reading where it said that.
