  1. shahidwazir,

You submitted your I-485 to the Chicago lockbox, which is the receiving station (offsite mailroom and clerical station) for the National Benefits Center in Missouri. It is not a USCIS "office".

Your application will not be processed in Chicago, it will be partially processed at the NBC and then will be sent either to the CSC or your local District or Sub office for completion depending on whether or not an interview will be required.

    Hi Everyone,

I came to the United States on K3 visa. I submitted my I485 based on marriage in Oct 10, 2006 at Chicago IL office, while my local office is Washington DC.

I called them once before, they told me that my case will process in Chicago office. If they will move my case to Washington DC they will let me know, but now when the processing dates for Chicago is 13 October, I called them and asked about my case status, they told me, that my case should be process in my local DC office.

My question is that, which office will process my AOS application?

So I can keep my eyes on processing date for that office.

    Any help is highly appreciated.

    Thanks,

  3. Hello everyone.

I came to the United States on K3 visa while my I130 was in process.

I arrived here and I got 2 RFE on my I130 finally my I130 got deny. Long story short I took a very good attorney consultation and yesterday I received an email notification that my I130 has been approved.

    But!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I received denial letter 03/11/2006

    My EAD expired on 08/11/2006

My driving license expired on 08/11/2006

1 ) I need to travel to my country back. (Is this will be difficult to travel now? Since I have over stay more that 180 from the day of denial and day of approval case)

    2) What documents do I need to renew my driving license?

    3) What do I have to do to renew my EAD?

Can anybody guide me who to start and where from start. (I didn’t file I-485 and now planning to file it Plus I have been married to my wife since 3 years 1 year I lived in my country and from past 2 years I am living in the United States)

Thank you very much for reading and giving me your advise.

    Shahid
