    Hello VJ Fam, I hope those who celebrate Thanksgiving had a great one and those who don't at least had a few days off in the states. Having this small break, I was able to learn and appreciate my fiancés differences . I feel good to know that it is an adjustment process and by communicating, listening and learning the relationship will mature. I also accept that getting upset and feeling anxious about the adjustment for both is healthy. To everyone who feels some sort of negative emo...

      The problem is when some people don't know how to communicate. It's very frustrating & hard....I'm glad things are going well for you and that you had a good holiday!!

      I'm with you on that one!!! It's sooo frustrating!! We are planning on him coming November 15th... I even took off some work for it. The visa better arrive soon, otherwise the plane ticket will cost a fortune!!

    I can't contain my excitement, but mickeymousedd and JerseyDomRep have great news as well. We were all together this Wednesday. (apparently they are still in DR) lol. I love my VJ fam!

      I didn't know you answered this... I still haven't figured out how this works! I didn't get a notification!

      Anyway, My fiance called and was told the same thing. I'll suggest the same thing to him to do that. The problem is that when he works, he goes on projects out of town & will be leaving on one soon for a week.

      We have the same interview date :) Has your fiance received his packet yet? When I called the embassy they said that the packet was sent out on August 22nd, & he still has not gotten it yet. I'm not sure what to do. I'm so excited, yet so nervous!!!
