    MY husband does not make enough to fill in i864 form so my aunt in a different sate is willing to do it is this ok even if i dont live in her house hold??? Also she owns her own Montessori school what forms need to go in with the i864 form when she owns her own company and is self empoyed?? someone please help me

    do u have to send in 6 paystubs...???? and also my husband is just out of marine corp in decenber 2011 so do we still qualify for 100% poverty guideline??

      hello - i am sorry i am not able to answer your questions but i would imagine for a self employed person, the irs would accept some sort of end of year return to prove income and therefore uscis would too. As far as military 100%poverty guideline is concerned i am not sure as he is not in the marines now. Did you send in your petition when he was still in the forces or after he came out?

    my husband has two jobs one is 9 hour 14 hours a week and other is 6 an hour and its 25 hours a week can we add up his wages and would this help home be my sponser on th I864 form ????? someone plz help

      all wages are applicable. You need to report everything he is making.
