do u have to send in 6 paystubs...???? and also my husband is just out of marine corp in decenber 2011 so do we still qualify for 100% poverty guideline??

hello - i am sorry i am not able to answer your questions but i would imagine for a self employed person, the irs would accept some sort of end of year return to prove income and therefore uscis would too. As far as military 100%poverty guideline is concerned i am not sure as he is not in the marines now. Did you send in your petition when he was still in the forces or after he came out?
