Well my journey came to an end a couple months ago.. I found out my Eddy was cheating on me with someone from his home town.. Guess that would be why he stated he was not quite ready for the transition. I am trying to find out how to delete my profile here as every time I get an e-mail notification that someone has responded to a thread I have commented on it breaks my heart just a little bit more remembering how hard we worked to get our NOA2!.. Hi CarolAnn, so sorry to hear this. I can only imagine how it must feel to keep getting the updates.
I don’t know how to delete a profile, but at least you can stop the emails. Click on your name in the upper right corner, a drop down menu will appear. Click on “My Settings” . Then on the left you’ll click on “Notification Options” . There you can un-check everything and this should stop the emails. Hope this helps!

I cried my eyes out right there in the office. was 3hrs while I waited for them to get done questioning him. They sent us back for more info, we brought it back and he was denied again. So I started internet surfing and found out about the K1 visa. Never knew anything about it before VJ.

Eddy was turned away at Sumas. I was with him and he was wanting to come meet my family. Because he only has 3 family members there and because of our relationship, they stated "ya never know what will happen in matters of love". There he is high risk of illegally immigrating. They also said he was bringing his dog and should have boarded it to show he would return to Canada. lol

Cool.. I am in Ontario, Oregon so it is only about a 10hr drive for me and a beautiful drive at that! However, with the visa process, it makes it difficult to have the proof of flight tickets, passport stamps and such. I have the passport card instead of the book.. But, receipts will have to work.

I noticed your fiance is in Chilliwack... Mine is in Hope! That puts them only about 20minutes driving apart. I assume you go through the Sumas border crossing. We have had our "fun" there.. NOT! Therefore, I go to visit him as he has been denied entry here. Can't wait for July for my next visit!
