I just wanted to say thanks to all of vjers for sharing their stories, Ive read them and sometimes just shook my head. I had my interview on the 12 of june was approve on the spot. the officer was so nice and caring. just received my cards in the mail today and im so happy. I been granted a 10 yr card so I wont be on here that much anymore.

how did u track your EAD card?

I had my biometrics April 24 2014

I have an interview date and it it's for june 12 2014. I have to wait for the hard copy in the mail.

Today I had my Biometric appt and this is how it went. My sis took me we got there early my appt was 2:00, we got there like 12 and since we were early we went and got something to eat and came back, and got lost coming back but anyway we got back like 1:45 and went in. Gave the security guard my appt letter and id which was my passport.The security guard gave me a form to fill out and when i was finish I gave him back and i sat back down and less than 5 mins my fingerprints were done signature and picture taken and i was done.

We sent my aos in march 22, it reached the lockbox 25 and they started processing my application on April 1. I have received email from them letting me know my case was being process at the formerly known as the msc. And the fees and that my finger fees were accepted. Check the mail yesterday and there an envelope there with my name on it, so I'm like they just missed and sent me one of the notices twice, but when I open it was my appointment for my fingerprints for this month. My heart beat so fast and all I could is scream, I couldn't believe it, but I'm so happy cause I've been waiting a very long time. But any way I have my appt for the 24 of the month and I'm counting down the days.

My case is and f4, my case was completed in 2009. We just sent in my aos application, my sister received a text an email yesterday that they have accepted my case and it was forwarded to nbc. I decided to try and see if i could track my case with the case number they gave me and I can track it and see my progress.

I received the same email today too. do we have to wait for hard copy from today and count to 7 or 10 days?

Does siblings that are filing aos do interview? And if they do what are some of the questions?

Can someone help me plz i wanted to know when u sending your package with the I 485, I 131,I 864 and I 765, do u send in the medical with these forms are wait until they contact u for the interview?

Can someone help me please. I want to know do uscis people give people a time line to get their visa?

I'm suppose to be current right now, pd april 4 2001. I found out that NVC has the wrong birth date for me and we sent them the correct info. I have to wait for them to update it. Do I have to wait for NVC to send me paperwork?

It makes no difference how she entered, on what visa or even EWI; her petition was filed before the cutoff so she can pursue a 245(i) adjustment, provided she was physically present in the US on 21st December 2000 and can prove as such.

You should bear in mind that there is a $1,000 penalty for adjusting in this way.

We can't help you understand unless you make US understand. What type of visa are you here with? How long have you been here?

My case was filed before april the 30 and i've been here 11 yrs

Now back to the OP, I'm not sure there is enough background info in your post to precisely provide a good advice. Can you expatiate further, as others have said and hopefully you will get some answers. For eg visa type, when case filed, category, date/year case filed etc etc :ot2:

when were you petitioned and since when are you in the US?

I was petition in 2001 and I was in the us twice before I came here to live.Im in the usa right now

Im waiting for my Pd to be come current. I call the visa people and I spoke to a lady, I give her all my info and everything and she told me,they have to send my paperwork back home. MY question is if my sister filed from the usa and im in the usa, will I have to go back home to get my papers? Plz help me understand

f4 is now on 8 march..m bit disappointed.

now my pd is 4 weeks away...hope i will be current in october vb .....keeping finger cross

We should be happy that it moved and it did not stay in feb, all we have to do is keeping praying we are close
