Daughter arrived Saturday 24 Nov. without a hitch. I hired the airline escort service and it was well worth it. The child started school today 27 Nov. with 3 ESL classes per day along with regular classes schedule and also joined 2 other Chinese students of same age that just started.

Be patient. I may have gotten the same goof. I was on Admin. review for a month. They would not give a reason. I suspect the VO is creating work for herself to justify her existence.
