*** EVERYONE WHO HAVE COMPLETED MOST PARTS of NVC (IV/AOS/DS260) then by all means CALL 2x a day to NVC (morning/night). ***

They are friendlier and will definitely give you a case update. Do not wait on them to contact you.

I'm hoping for case complete within the next two weeks, so if they want to delay interview scheduling long enough to let us get in on May, I'd be ok with that

After 1 year 2 months 12 days since seeing my husband and 1 year 1 month 1 day since petition filed I pray I get a case complete today or Monday and would love a May interview too

I got I 864EZ error too. I fedexed them on feb 17th 2014. they recieved it on feb 18th 2014 at 1000AM they put it in system on feb 21st 2014 and on march 10th 2014 i called them and they told nVC just completed your case. and on March 12th i got email confirmation. SO now waiting for IL.

My I864EZ was errored too. Hoping it only takes a few days to rectify the issue, but we shall see as we wait. I beat myself up for a day or two because of my .26 cents error . Oh well. Still hoping for a possible interview in mid-late May ..

We filed on Feb. 27, 2013......... "Never in any of my thoughts would I have believed it would take longer than a year to process."

To all the Feb./March filers still waiting on a case approval do everything in your power to get your approval. As Kaylara stated earlier infopass, Congressman, Service Request, Tier 2 supervisor, etc. BE MORE THAN VERY PERSISTENT!! Best wishes to you.

Tomorrow marks 1 full calendar year since my petition was file on Feb. 27, 2013. Now waiting at NVC for IV to be invoiced...Ready to hear the sweet words of case complete with XYZ interview date ...

This process truly makes you grit your teeth. I am sitting at exactly 5 business days since the AOS invoice. I hope to get the IV invoice today or by Friday.

My expedited file was received by the Embassy this evening (next morning in Nepal). I called the Embassy and requested an interview date. Its now set for March 4th. Yay!!!!! Long time coming.. I will be boarding a flight this week to Nepal and bring her back with me......

please how much was the fee at holy trinity for the medical exams

I hope you are well. I filed my I-130 Feb. 27, 2013. We just got approved at the USCIS on Jan. 2014. NVC received our case on Jan. 31, 2014. I call the NVC everyday and they say the generic information. My question is can I put in an expedite at NVC stage through my congressman office? Also, what is the likelihood of an approval? If an approval would I then just mail all my documentation AOS, IV, Original documents to my husband. I look forward to your response. Thank you.

Finally it is my day today. I just got email and text of USCIS approval !!!. It was 11 months to have this releasing feeling. Thank you all for being with me in this forum during my hard time and wish approvals reach you soon.

Happy New Year!! Our I-130 was approved on 12/4. 4 weeks later TSC finally mailed it to the NVC. I'll give it 10 days and then try calling them. Good luck to everyone!

I most certainly will GAFL. I was approved by Texas Service Center which happens to take the longest time to ship out cases after approvals so I had sent in a little "reminder" fax on the 15th. I'm hoping to get an immediate case number as well. Looks like for some people it takes awhile and other very shortly. I'm rooting for VERY Shortly

Jan. 15 Approval (NOA 2)

I am willing to send out anything that can help keep this show moving faster... so our son isn't a year young by the time daddy gets here...
