I have visited/lived in Canada for about 12 1/2 years now. We are wanting to move back to my home town in California as all of my family is there and my husband has no family left here in Canada.

Hello, I have a question for you, where in the heck did you find a lawyer that knows anything about American Immigration? Im assuming you went to Buffalo to find one? Im An American Citizen with permanent residency in Canada (Ontario) my husband a Canadian Citizen. We have been trying to find anyone that knows anything about American Immigration here in Canada and cant seem to find anyone

may I ask your where abouts in Canada? Im in Ontario and havent even started the process, im so overwhelmed by all of it. The reason for my asking your where abouts in Canada is I was told my Canadian husband will have to go to Montreal for his interview I was just wondering if you knew if this was true as I think when I finally start this process I will go thru the Chicago lockbox also.
