I filed in Dec 2015. Interview was approved on March 28th 2016, as of today, still waiting in the line to have the "Oath Ceremony was scheduled" notification.

Got Call-in-letter yesterday, took 35days. FYI

We've been waiting for our call-in-letter for 28 days, our case is still under AP, we really dont know when they can complete the process, the only thing we can do is wait, as well as contact DOS once/twice a week, or use online form to contact US embassy.

I think I have seen a post about calling the NVC and asking for a tier 2 someone. The NVC received my case on 7/30/2012 I have called everyday, sometimes twice. I saw that someone who's case was received at the NVC at the same time as mine and they received their case number. Any advice on what I should do. one day they told me it was being entered and now they say it is in a pile in their mail room..

any help would be grrrreat,

We have the same NOA2 Notice Date, I emailed n called NVC many times, they just like you should follow the instructions on the NOA2 paper, n you'll be noticed in 6 - 8 weeks.

I know one lady on chinese CR1 forum, her I-130 was approved on July 31, her NVC case number assigned on Aug 10, her DS3020/AOS bill came on Aug 14, everything goes fast there.

I sent NVC another email to ask for GUZ number two day ago, they just ignored that...

08-06-2012: Email NVC to ask GUZ number(not assigned yet)

...calling nvc everyday but no result...

08-13-2012: Email NVC to ask GUZ number(havent reply yet)
