Recieved text and email confirmation packaged was sent to CSC on 4/9/12(round midnight) will recieve NOA1 wthin 7-10 business day

Thank you for the replies... I ended up using the lewisville address coz it only made sense someone can sign for it

Would it make a difference if i use the other address?

Im a bit confused of which address to use

I am using US postal service "express mail"

With certified mail

Do i send to the dallas po box(its says if using us postal seevice)

Or the lewisville address(its says if using express mail and courier deliveries)

When you need extra room on a form and make a supplemental sheet, then mark at the top that it is a supplement sheet and put the question number and the actual question you are answering further on this sheet, then sign and date it at the bottom. Place it behind the form it goes with. You can paperclip them together if you like. Other things you send as evidence do not need to add an extra signature and date, especially legal court documents. On the cover letter, list what is in contained in your package in the order you stacked your papers, then sign and date your cover letter as well.

Question: The letter of intent needs to be notarized?

When turning in supplements and additional paperwork like court papers and proof of relationship with the 129 do i need to sign and date every page or just the first page(cover page) thanks

My fiancee just send me her original signed copies of letter of intent and g325 form

Upon inspection i notice the letter of intent she put down the US embassy address of the philippines instead of the USCIS address

On the g325 form where she dates and signs she used the drop down box for tge date and ithad a format of mm/dd/yyyy but when it printed it only showed 3/20/201(its missing the 2 on the year)

Would these two be an issue or should i ask her to send me another copy and correct the errors...

I am new to the forum so bare with my questions

I am about to petition my fiancee thru the K1 visa i have read most of the guides shown here and has somwhat an understanding of how the process work

but I have a few concerns regarding on what needs to be sent in the initial packet

just to let you guys know I have a misdemeanor for domestic violence that happend about 7 years ago

most people think of the worse when they hear domestic violence that was not the case with me

I already got a certified copy from the court regarding the incident

my question is will this affect a decision on approval and also is the court papers all i need to turn in??

this is the only concern that I have other than that just what to send in the initial packet

if someone can do a checklist for me as whats on the website is a bit confusing
