    Type of Visa for Fiance/Spouse of US citizen - I live in India and I am engaged to a US Citizen. We would like to know which type of visa we need to apply for me to go to the US at the earliest. Can I apply as a Fiance or wait for us to get married so that i can apply as a spouse. Which type of Visa will be less hassle. Also, which is better, getting married in the US or in India?
