So, my husband is visiting his home country (Argentina) for the first time since we were married here in the US. He has a green card. While in Argentina, he had to have his passport changed to mark his status as "married". For some inexplicable reason, they mailed his passport to the US. He was planning to go pick up his passport and return to the US this week. Obviously that will not happen with that passport, but he does also have a Spanish passport. My question is-can he enter the US with his green card and his Spanish passport, even though he applied for the green card using his Argentine passport?

Hello all-

My fiance and I have just received an NOA2, and thought he would be here by the holidays as we applied in March of this year. It looks like that will not happen, however. I have read the threads and it seems like it is agreed one can travel here during the K1 process, but how about traveling during the K1 and using an alternate passport? My fiance is from Argentina and getting a tourist visa is a pain in the neck. It is simple and easy to use his Spanish passport. Just wondering if that would look "suspicious" as the K1 is in process with his Argentine passport. We have called anyone and everyone at embassies, customs& border, etc. and they all just say to call the other place. Any experience or knowledge about this would be appreciated!

Hi all-

I am wondering about where to send the I-129F. On the USCIS site it seems that all I-129Fs should go to the Dallas TX address, but I have seen references to other locations and that I should send mine according to the location near to me. I live in the Northeast so am wondering if I should send it to the VT processing center?
