I am desperate family man waiting to immigrate to USA via I130 F3 petition (my dad is US citizen since 2004, when he apply petition for us).

8 years and 1 month of total waiting (since USCIS accept our petition) and 3 years exactly, since USCIS approve our petition and sended to NVC.

Country: Serbia (Europe) - US embassy in Belgrade

PD - NOV/8th/2004

How much time more `till final resolution (GC`s in our hands)?

Any prediction? Don`t just point to VB, please.

Hello mr steve that rule for those candidate these are already styed in us.some peple mexico border crossing and some are other way enter in us illeglli.those counting are near abought 10-12 lac and all are apply for there adjucation of status.new rule for those illegle people.when 10 lac people application removed/less effected to all other category fast process.name of that rule 'unlawfully presense in us those people closly related to us citigen mean immidate reltive of us citigen.

us govt passed a new rule for illegal people is a good news for all.10 lac peple get their visa in this process mean fast progress movment to all category family preference.we are wish for us govt reduce the processing time all family category those are waiting for visa outside country.

Difficult to understand what you're saying. Are you asking even though you and your family in india have a F3 petition if you can still apply for a tourist visa?
