Hello Everyone,
My fiance received yesterday her packet from US Embassy in Warsaw Poland. We're a bit confused because it states payment must be made before scheduling her interview. Is there anyway I send a wire from US or a way for me to send her money to pay for interview from Minsk? Thanks in advance!

Hi,
My fiancee received her packet last week from the US Embassy in in Warsaw, Poland. We're a bit confused as it says the interview cannot be scheduled until the fee has been paid in Poland and one obtains a receipt#. Does anyone know if it's possible to pay the fee the same day as interview? She's in Belarus. Thanks in advance!

Hi Everyone,
Is it possible to change consulates? My fiancee's I129F was recently approved. I called NVC to get case # and asked if we could have our petition sent to Moscow instead of having the interview if Poland (fiancee is from Belarus)and the lady I spoke with said she didn't think it was possible. I was under the impression that it was possible since the approval notice states a petition can be forwarded. Thanks in advance!

Hi again,
My 2011 earnings after deductions on line #22 is: $20,395.00 I listed a family member as a dependent but they don't live in the same household. Will my income be enough for affidavit of support? For AOS, how much money would I need in bank so avoid using cosponsor?
Thank you kindly and Happy Easter!

Hi All,
I have a question: I'm self-employed and make 125% above the poverty line for a family of 2. The tax-preparer usually adds business expenses/deductions that cut into the total yearly income which bring the gross amount slightly below the poverty level. What I'm wondering, is if I will need a co-sponsor or if I can submit my tax transcripts with affidavit of support showing the total amount I made for the year? Thank you in advance.
Payment to schedule interview in Warsaw

You are correct about what the site says as I have read it also and I did ask the same question elsewhere hoping someone who filed a K1 for a person in Belarus might have encountered a similar situation.
However, I had read on here some months ago about some people who were able to pay the fee on the day of the interview and give the receipt to the interviewer. Just trying to confirm if this is still a possibility.
