We have just received news that my husbands EAD was approved and send for production June 5, 2012. At least 2 weeks prior to anticipated. We hope to receive news about an interview soon . . .

I have just started the process of AOS for my husband. He came to the US on a visitors visa and his I-94 expired 08/14/2007, we met 11-02-2007 and we married 09-13-2008. I'm not sure why I thought we had to be married 3 years before we started this process. I am totally new to this process and any info would be very helpful, thanks in advance.
