    My husband and I were married 09-13-2008, at that time, he told me that he had entered the US legally with a visitors visa, i didn't know that his I-94 was expired. lol We have just started this journey for permanent residency and it is a whole new world. Any advice or information would be helpful.

    now im waiting for my biometrics letter. im afraid of having an interview simply because my story is sooo complicated, but my wife and i are very much in a real marriage. lol we just had our first child on my birthday 12 hours after the time i was born. neways...get your i-485 package sent off if you havent already and sit tight. i have been for almost a year sigh.
