    My husband and I were married 09-13-2008, at that time, he told me that he had entered the US legally with a visitors visa, i didn't know that his I-94 was expired. lol We have just started this journey for permanent residency and it is a whole new world. Any advice or information would be helpful.

    the form is pending. if he leaves he will be barred from the us for 10 years. its wierd, but its the way it is. so, file the package ASAP and hang in there. if you read my timeline...its been CRAZY and a long wait, i didnt file my i-130 and i-485 package together like i should have so i had to wait an entire year for a response from the i-130 . JUST sent the i-485 package a weekish ago THANKGOD
