    My husband and I were married 09-13-2008, at that time, he told me that he had entered the US legally with a visitors visa, i didn't know that his I-94 was expired. lol We have just started this journey for permanent residency and it is a whole new world. Any advice or information would be helpful.

    I have just started the process of AOS for my husband. He came to the US on a visitors visa and his I-94 expired 08/14/2007, we met 11-02-2007 and we married 09-13-2008. I'm not sure why I thought we had to be married 3 years before we started this process. I am totally new to this process and any info would be very helpful, thanks in advance.
