my fiance had her interview last friday may 4, she was approved and we havent received a tracking number or info on where the package is at, i have sent numerous emails to the usvisa-info email and they have just told me to wait, am i still under the normal processing time or do i need to do something else? please help

my fiance was visa was approved in cd juarez this past friday may 4, and all she got was a paper with her passport number and was instructed to go into the usvisa-info page to track her dhl packet with the visa, i have entered the site and it says no waybill or dhl for this number,but i just dont know which is the tracking number , anyone know if i have to call a number or email to get a tracking number? please help !

i (the citizen) received a letter saying that i could schedule my fiances interview for the visa and the asc biometrics, so i did, but i havent received packet 3 ??? i have the interview on may 4,2012 and the only form i have filled out is the ds-260 , what other forms do i need to fill out? the page for cd juarez is not very helpful, please help

my fiancee was pregnant (by me of course) 2 months before we filed for the k-1 visa we stated that in the petition, our son was born in february,and on march 30 we went to the us embassy in monterrey and i made a birth report of abroad and i applied for his american passport, he was approved so does he need to be at the appointment? and is this a good proof of our relation taking in mind that we presented a lot of evidence at the monterrey embassy and were approved?

on march 7 2012 vermont service center sent the paperwork to cd juarez embassy and i still havent received anything since then, so is there a number i can talk to? i tried a couple but i could never get to an operator, please help im kinda losing patience

the national visa center sent me a letter saying they sent the approved petition to my fiance's cosulate and that shortly she will receive a packet with instructions. it also provides a link that takes me to a website where it says i can download packet 3 and packet 4, i thought that was the packet they were sending her next? or are they just letting you know what they typically send so we can be prepared?? if so do they send packet 3 and then packet 4 or how do they do that. in advance thank you very much for your help!
